I want your idea for some thing like one's future. I don't want to interduse him but i will tell you all the situation.

This guy has a solarship from the Oman government to continue his studying out of Oman. His scolarshop was to Germany to study networks in english launguge. After a while he found german launguge is very fun. So he likes it. He decided to change hi major from notwaorks to translaton english german arabic but the minitry of higher education did not agree with him to do that because the government of Oman needs one who knows about networks.
he tried meny times but he couldn't. at the end of this story he applied to the german government to get a scolarship from them. he prayed meny times to get this and he asked the God to help him. at the end the government of Germany agreed to do that but just for 2 years not at all of his studying.
So right now he want this scolarship but he will cannot pay for another two years.
translation needs at least 3 years.
