8. If your company is managing some international investments, what attitude they follow when deciding whom to assign for managing that foreign investment?

10. Who's engaged in the long-run planning (strategic planning) for the company?
11. Does the company follow particular procedures when making plans?
12. Does the company have different types of plans? What is the time frame for each one?
13. About CSR, what approaches the company is following to meet social responsibility activities?
14. What is the degree of your company's involvement in international transactions?
15. How a new change in the company is communicated to the rest of employees in the organization?
