هذه المرة أحببت أن أشارككم بقصيدة لكن بطراز جديد، قصيدة باللغة الإنجليزية كنت قد نشرتها في أكثر من منتدى، أتحدث فيها عن الحياة وما علمتني إياه، عسى أن تنال إعجابكم
Life Taught Me
Life taught me that a smile is a greeting
As well as a feeling
So make people feel at ease
And smile when greeting
Life taught me to believe in myself
In my potentials
And that I can accomplish
What is beyond my credentials
Life taught me that nothing is impossible
But everything is possible
It’s just a matter of determination
Commitment and dedication
Then, you decide: either to give up
Or think of building up a space station!
Life taught me to think positively
To perceive things differently
To be extraordinary
To be unique
And do my job perfectly
Life taught me that good manners are like a commodity
Except it’s free of charge
And guarantees a profit
With not much effort
Life taught me to seek knowledge
From the cradle to the grave
At any cost
Even with little faults
And never suffice myself with what I have
Regardless of what I have
Life taught me that the Book is a friend
Not an ordinary, but best friend
It is a nutrition to my soul
As well as a foundation to my goal
Life taught me to be optimistic
As well as pragmatic
And live with the hope
One day, I’ll become charismatic
Life taught me that Allah has given us intellect
To use it for our best
So use it properly
Before you regret
Life taught me that people are meant
To live in harmony
In peace
And in solidarity like a family
And to avoid feelings of disdain, hatred, racism
And to respect other’s boundaries
Life taught me to live my life
As a stranger
And prepare for the other life
With good deeds & manners
There in I’ll be in the eternal forever
