Job Title : Incident response specialist
Division : CEO Office
Reporting To : CERT Director
Direct Reports : Response centre manager



Main responsibilities:

• Provides rapid response to computer security incidents to react, identify and resolve security incidents.
• Establishes and maintains incident response processes and procedures.
• Handle alerts and warnings of computer security incidents.
• Analyze and record security incidents and make recommendations.
• Conducts forensic analysis.
• Keeping up to date with emerging security threats, technologies and trends.
• Assists in the evaluation and preparation of information security risk assessments.
• Provide information and assistance to constituents in implementing proactive measures to reduce the risks of computer security incidents.
• Assist in writing technical documentation, checklists, best practices, and guidelines.
