  • Information Security Operations Specialist

    Position: Information Security Operations Specialist
    Department: Information Security Division
    Reporting to: Head of Security Operation Center

    Main responsibilities:
    1. Attending helpdesk calls, emails or any other means of reporting.
    2. Logging all relevant incident/service request details including Allocating categorization and prioritization codes.
    3. 1st and 2nd line support, registering interactions and escalation of incidents and Change Requests.
    4. Communicating with users – keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
    5. Monitor security Infrastructures and attending discovered incidents.
    6. Management of security incidents.
    7. Managing print devices, restocking with paper, toner, etc.
    8. Ensuring that batch jobs, archiving, etc. are performed.
    9. Perform and verify regular backups of all systems and devices as per the business requirement.
    10. Management of end-users accounts including creating new accounts, password management, rights management…etc.
    11. Facility operations management including physical access control and surveillance.
