Job Title : Human Resources Specialist – Administration

Overview :
The HRS is responsible for the various day-to-day operations of the HR unit and for the administration of HR activities, procedures and programs. Under the direction and guidance of the HR Manager, the HRS provides advice, assistance and follow-up on ITA policies, procedures, and documentation and coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Overview :
The HRS is responsible for the various day-to-day operations of the HR unit and for the administration of HR activities, procedures and programs. Under the direction and guidance of the HR Manager, the HRS provides advice, assistance and follow-up on ITA policies, procedures, and documentation and coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Main responsibilities :
- Responsible for processing all HR forms related administrative tasks within defined response time and requirements.
- Works with the HR manager and HR specialists to document and streamline the process and procedures.
- Works with HR manager to create, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, guideline and forms related to Administrative functions within HR Dept.
- Under the direction of the HR manager Ensure processes are documented according to ISO standards.
- Ensure HR main daily operations are conducted using ITA systems and tools.
- Responsible for maintenance of staff records.
- Responsible for initiation of immigration and visa requirements.
- Responsible for HR helpdesk function.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining personnel files and initiation processes related to new employee announcements, pension, health.
- Prepares and maintain reports as directed by the HR manager.
- Maintains up to date employee contact information and employee files.
- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner.
- Coordinates employee travel plans and other arrangements as needed.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
