Nawras Family Member:

As an IT Director, you
will maintain a high level of 24 x 7 service and provide continuity of service
as required; plan and manage the overall activities of Information Technology to
meet the needs of the Company. You will manage operational performance ensuring
the required level of services is maintained to allow the information systems
meet the Company's business plans and objectives. You will manage the IT billing
systems, mediation systems, IT infrastructure, ERP applications and IT
development functions and will act as the IT business partner to the entire
business and develop and operate the IT budget.

Core
Responsibilities:

You will be required to direct the activities of the IT
function including IT billing systems, mediation systems, IT infrastructure, ERP
applications and IT development functions and conduct long term planning for the
infrastructure of the IT function to meet the long term plans of the business
units.
You will direct the IT Function of the Company and perform supervisory
functions and exercise financial authority at the level established by Senior
Management for this position. You will plan for the development of the IT
infrastructure, taking into consideration trends in technology and the
strategies of the major technology providers and options in direction available
to Mobile telephone companies and strategize for future IT development.
Your
responsibilities shall include the following:
Review developments in IT
techniques and technologies and identify potential benefits and technology
integration issues to the Company

Direct the management of the networks
infrastructure for the company

Direct the ERP and applications
development for all new applications

Work with the technology partners of
the company to facilitate seamless integration between systems

Oversee
the day to day support and administration of all IT systems, ensuring the
optimum service is provided to the user community

Ensure data management
is carried out efficiently and that adequate monitoring and management of the
data takes place to protect the company's investment in the stored
data


The Person:

You should have a Degree in IT or any related
subject (a Master Degree or MBA holder will be given preference) with at least
12 years of working experience in an IT environment, out of which is a minimum
of 6 years in a managerial position in IT environment in a Mobile telephone
company or a similar institution.
Required Skills:

You should have
excellent problem solving, planning and communication skills. You should acquire
excellent MS Office skills and must possess
very good written and spoken
Arabic and English language skills.
