Retail Territory Manager
The main responsibilities include:
Delivering sales target for fuel, lubricants and select outletsMotivating retailers and staff to strive for high performance levelsAdvising retailers on necessary financial management and controlsCounseling retailers on customer service, and ensuring that retailer are fully trained and knowledgeable about all standards and series as prescribed by shellMonitoring compliance of retailers to the prescribed standardsEnsuring that retailers manage health, safety, security and environment aspects at retail
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor Degree Good administrative skillsField experience will be preferredValid driving skillsFluency in English and ArabicHigh level of computer literacyHigh level of interpersonal skills
