Sultanate of Oman is distinct from other Gulf states in its education system. Seemed the development of education from the past to the present must be followed by a series of changes from the physical aspect, the moral aspect and the cultural aspect. From the point of view after graduating batch of 2007, the Ministry of Higher Education is not responsible fully accountable for the needs of students in the College of Applied Science. Ministry of Higher Education has no objection to the development of the educational system in colleges but must deans claim including asking for students in college. For example I have studied personally Foundation Year Faculty of Applied Science in Nizwa and moved to the College of Applied Science Sohar to continue my career academic until I graduated from this college, but after my visit to the College of Applied Sciences in Nizwa last week after the last visit in 2007, I have observed a lot of changes in terms of flats Green, Quality Assurance Department, Department of Computer labs and others. Who is the person who change things all during a period of five years? Who sought and demanded change? Is the ministry refused to change? Is the Ministry rejected the demands?
Who sought to change Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Nizwa. If you must stand Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences in Sohar and look to the demands of his students and that he fully responsible before the Lord and all the people. Dear dean not back down on what students lack of needs in order to avoid loss of appetite in the study, as you've done us in the past years and continue the scientific and practical careers.
