looking for a successful candidate for the profitable development of the company through organizing & managing company operations with an emphasis on business development, ensuring proper controls in all areas, Liasoning & interacting with government officials & legal authorities & members of the business community maintaining a high level of compliance & corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
· To develop & maintain the long term operational strategic plan. To prepare an annual action plan agreed by the audit committee.
· To prepare budgets & projections in liaison with the head office & to deliver budgeted insurance targets to control company recurrent & capital expenditure within agreed target
· To analyze monthly & quarterly statistics & to be aware of trends & opportunities making recommendations for action, particularly when performance appears threatened.
· To ensure subsidiaries accept & underwrite risks referred in accordance with the company’s current philosophies & underwriting instructions laid down.
· Ensure reinsurance support, where required, is in place prior to any risk attaching.

Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience worked in a financial services/Banking industry out of 5 years in leadership role Bachelor /Master’s Degree in Finance /Business Management
