المتطلبات:
• بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو ما يعادلها.
•• الحد الأدنى من 10 سنوات خبرة في مركز البيانات وإدارة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• الحد الأدنى من الخبرة الإشرافية 3 سنوات.
• يجب أن يكون لديك معرفة عميقة بأنظمة التشغيل 400 / OS و AIX & PC ، وإدارة قواعد البيانات والتخزين ، وإدارة اتصالات البيانات.
• العمل على بيئة التثبيت المصرفي ميزة.
الدور الوظيفي :
• المشاركة مع رئيس البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والعمليات في تخطيط وتنظيم أنظمة الكمبيوتر الرئيسية للبنك.
• المشاركة مع رئيس البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والعمليات في وضع خطط الميزانية من حيث متطلبات أنظمة الكمبيوتر الرئيسية للبنك.
•• إعداد خطط التدريب لموظفي عمليات الكمبيوتر.
• تثبيت أنظمة التشغيل المختلفة وإصداراتها الجديدة لأنظمة الكمبيوتر الرئيسية.
• إدارة العمليات اليومية لجميع أنظمة الكمبيوتر في البنك.
• إدارة ومراقبة الوصول الأمني لأنظمة الكمبيوتر وغرف الكمبيوتر في البنك.
• إدارة العمليات اليومية لشبكة الصراف الآلي للبنك.

Key Objectives
• Ensuring prompt, efficient and effective service to the bank’s users.
• Ensuring the successful and timely completion of end-of-period and backup processes.
• Ensuring the 24x7x365 availability of the bank’s computer systems and network.
• Ensuring the 24x7x365 availability of the ATMs to the bank’s customers.
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of the bank’s computer rooms
• Maintain the confidentiality of the Bank’s data.
• Ensuring the adherence to and successful delivery of IT services as per Service Level Agreements.
• Ensuring a successful and safe deposit area for all Backup Tapes.
Principal Responsibilities
• To participate with the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations in planning and organizing the bank’s main computer systems.
• To participate with the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations in establishing budget plans in terms of the bank’s main computer systems requirement.
• To prepare training plans for computer operations staff.
• To install the different operating systems and their new versions for the main computer systems.
• To manage the daily operations of all bank’s computer systems.
• To manage and control security access to the bank’s computer systems and computer rooms.
• To manage the daily operations of the bank’s ATM network.
• To keep and maintain up-to-date inventory records for all main computer systems in the bank.
• To define and maintain bank’s main computer systems back-up procedure and to periodically test the bank’s main computer systems disaster recovery procedure.
• To perform capacity planning exercises for all main computer systems in the bank.
• To monitor and tune the performance of the main computer systems in the bank.
• To control and manage all changes to the software and hardware of the main computer systems if the bank.
• To define and maintain service level agreements between IT and user departments for all the bank’s main computer systems.
Person Specifications
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in data centre and IT service management.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Must have in depth knowledge of OS/400, AIX & PCs operating systems, database and storage management, data telecommunications management.
• Working on Banking Installation environment is advantage.
