HM the Sultan’s Special Envoy returns home

Muscat: HH Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr Al Said, Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan returned home this evening after a short visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain during which he handed over a written message from His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik to King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain. –ONA
