And we are looking for highly motivated go-getters to join our team for the following role:

Title: Sales Engineer for Industrial Specialty Lubricants

Function: Sales/Business Development

Reporting to: Sales Manager based REDA Dubai Office

Location: Muscat, Oman

Role Functions

Accountable for proactively handling Sales opportunities
Assist in leading all day-to-day activities related to Sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships and achieving sales objectives
Learn and drive the market needs
Build and maintain successful relationships that generate Sales opportunities
Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers
Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand our customer base for potential opportunities
Personally visit all potential customers and explore new opportunities
Provide accurate, complete, and effective weekly visit reports and business plan
Effective communication skills
Simultaneously manage multiple projects and opportunities
Evaluate Sales forecasts and budgeting

Requirements:

Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Must have excellent communication skills in PERFECT English, both verbally and in writing
Arabic fluency is a plus
Should at least have 3-5 years of Sales experience in Industrial Lubricants, Industrial Engineering Products, Machinery Sales or any operations related to the Industrial Sector
Driving license is an advantage
