1. Account Manager:

Key Accountabilities: 
Act as a company representative due to the direct interaction with business clients and being in the front line to any received business inquiries and opportunities. Being able to represent the company and work as a focal point to all company potential business opportunities.Assist in the production of sales-related forms and issues forms. Develop long term business relationships with clients and maintain regular follow up with clients.Being able to create and deliver client-focused solutions to the company business clients based on their needs.  Ability to build trust with business clients. Communicate and promote the company name, services, and achievements clearly to potential and targeted business clients – entrepreneurs and established organizations.Works extensively in generating new sales and maximizing business opportunities.Create business opportunities and take all necessary steps to close sales targets including preparing proposals and contracts. Ensure the accuracy of the sales forecasts and client information at all times.Provide regular weekly reports of opportunities and sales forecasts to management.Ensure growth and consistent development of sales knowledge and the rapid growth of chances in the market. Maintain awareness of the latest operational processes and services offered in the market by competitors and learn more about what could be done to continuously exceed.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.

2.Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and plan for digital marketing including social media, emails, campaigns, and SEO & SEM. 
Manage digital marketing activities i.e. campaigns and ensure all digital interfaces are accessible to users view “website & social media channels”. 
Create digital content, optimize sales, and maintain a digital presence throughout digital channels. 
Develop digital marketing strategies and implement new and creative marketing ideas. 
Execute promotional and digital advertising plans/ strategies.
Being up to date and identifying the latest digital marketing trends that result in an increase in performance and innovation in solutions and service providence.

Key Accountabilities: 

Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

4. Site Engineer :

Key Accountabilities: 

Managing construction projects and act as a technical advisor on site for subcontractors, craftsmen, and operatives. 

Overseeing the construction project’s work. 

Ability to read site maps and manage project execution. 

Plan and organize site facilities to meet with project timelines. 

Ability to perform day-to-day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.

Revising the technical designs and drawings and ensuring quantities accuracy and the correct implementation. 

Ensuring that project tasks are aligned with set requirements and timelines. 

Ensuring the implementation of health and safety regulations on the site. 

Ensure the implementation of local construction regulations. 

Prepare reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders to track project progress. 

Ensure the completion of quality assurance.

Ensure materials availability, received material, and work performed according to project specifications. 

Ensure the submission of (As-Built Drawings) to clients with changes relevant to actual site work. 

Work closely with the consultant, quantity surveyor, supervisor, subcontractor, and workforce involved in the project.

Determine issues, provide technical advice and solutions. 

Attend regular meetings with clients and project manager to present project progress.
