منذ صدور البيان رقم ١ من الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني عن المنخفض المداري ببحر العرب ، فقد وضعت الهيئة العامة للدفاع المدني والإسعاف مراكزها على أهبة الإستعداد وكذلك تفعيل الخطط العملياتية الخاصة بالتعامل مع الأنواء المناخية، حيث تم رفد المحافظات المتوقع تأثرها بعدد من المعدات والآليات المتخصصة في عمليات البحث والإنقاذ لدعم مراكز الدفاع المدني والإسعاف للاستجابة والتعامل مع البلاغات التي قد تحدث جراء المنخفض المداري.
ولطلب خدمات الهيئة ،التواصل على أرقام الطوارئ ٩٩٩٩ أو ٢٤٣٤٣٦٦٦.
وتدعو الهيئة العامة المواطنين والمقيمين إلى أخذ أقصى درجات الحيطة والحذر عند هطول الأمطار وجريان الأودية وعدم المجازفة بعبورها والإبتعاد عن الأماكن المنخفضة ومجاري الأودية وأعمدة الكهرباء والانارة وتثبيت القوارب في أماكن آمنة ومراقبة الأطفال وعدم نشر أو تداول الشائعات ومتابعة النشرات الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة،جعلها الله أمطار خير وبركة وعم بنفعها البلاد والعباد.
