Muscat: The Muscat Governorate Police Command in cooperation with the Special Task Police, arrested two women of African nationality on charges of fraud, extortion and threatening.
The defendants displayed indecent photos and provided low-price health club services through social media.
When the victims come to their place, they take photos of them, threaten them with cold weapons and demand money in return for their release.
