Job Responsibilities
● Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
● Managing Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, Designers, and other development teams.
● Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions.
● Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
● Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations.
● Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
● Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.
● Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
● Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
● Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
● Lead the development of MVPs and handling DevOps issues.
● Hiring and Outsourcing of Engineers and Data Scientists as well as team growth management.
● Managing QA and products testing.
● Setting up and implementing Cyber-Security practices and policies in all technology initiatives.
● Development of products roadmap and innovations.
● Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
● Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
● Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
● Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
● Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
● Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
● Development and the Execution of R&D initiatives.
Requirements
● BSc or BA or a Higher Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another similar field.
● Previous work experience as a CTO or another similar leadership role.
● Strong background in Deep Learning.
● Experience with Software Engineering.
● Proven record of developing and launching commercial products to the market.
● Knowledge of Product Management practices.
● Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.
● Exceptional team management skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● Ability to delegate efficiently.
● Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
● Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
● Ability to conduct technological analysis and research.
● Knowledge of technology trends.
