أعلنت شركة فودافون عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى ” Revenue Assurance and Fraud Specialist”

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

5+ years relevant experience.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic language.
Relevant experience in the IT or telecom industry and substantial experience of the relevant fields of competence.
Experience in mobile telecommunications products and services is a plus.
Expert knowledge of customers processes, systems and behaviour.
Substantial experience in managing various stakeholder relationships within multiple functions.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

University Degree in Economics/Accounting.
