Maintenance Electrical Team Leader

Minimum Qualifications for this position: Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required) | Arabic – Native (desirable)

Minimal total experience of 12 years in Electrical Equipment Maintenance Services inclusive of 4 years of relevant experience in similar role as Manager Maintenance (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical or Refinery Plant experience preferred).
Knowledge of maintenance processes for the following refinery operations:
Heavy Oil Complex Operation (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP)
Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/ARU/SRU/SWS/DHT/HPU/PSA)
Sulfur/Utilities Complex Operations (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP)
Offsite/Logistics Complex Operations (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, product Dispatch, Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings)
Knowledge of Electrical control loops.
Familiar with Systems, Applications and Products in data processing (SAP).
Expertise in High Tension voltage, Substation, Switch gear ,MCC and Power network
Experience on pre-commissioning and commissioning of Power Sub Station
Good knowledge of modern maintenance technologies & maintenance Planning and execution of Electrical Equipment’s, Substation, EDGs, VFD Drives, Power electronics
Sound judgment in technical matters with good skills in engineering field materials specifications and international standards.
Good experience in handling of Maintenance Contracts and shutdown related jobs.
Knowledge of :
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Expertise in SAP- PM
Process Equipment Life-Cycle Management
Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE plans.
Familiar with techniques for ensuring data integrity with various integration of information/ reports
Knowledgeable in HSE plans related to maintenance activities.

Supervisor Maintenance Electric Power Controls & Communications

Supervisor Maintenance Testing, Repair & HVAC

Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required) | Arabic – Native (desirable)

Relevant experience in similar role (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical or Refinery Plant experience preferred).
Certified on cranes and forklifts operation as well as rigging.
Knowledge of maintenance processes for the following refinery operations:
Heavy Oil Complex Operation (CDU, VDU, SGP, LTU, KTU, DCU, and UGP)
Hydro Processing Complex (HCU/ARU/SRU/SWS/DHT/HPU/PSA)
Sulfur/Utilities Complex Operations (SRU, TGTU, ARU, CRU, SSW, CSW, BFW, Steam Generation, Air, N2, CWT, WWTP)
Offsite/Logistics Complex Operations (Crude Receiving Terminal, Refinery Tankage, product Dispatch, Coke and Sulfur Handling, Flare, Buildings)
Experience and knowledge in project planning, cost control, contract development, installation, trouble shooting, and start-up.

Broad understanding of relevant processes, plant and equipment regarding Testing, Repair & HVAC equipment.
Knowledge in operating and maintaining the reliability for all Electric Testing, Repair & HVAC equipment.
Experience in condition monitoring systems on Electric Testing, Repair & HVAC equipment.
Good knowledge in Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE plans.
