Business Risk Management – Spectrum Management

· Manage and oversee all department activities in terms of spectrum management: registration/renewal related to systems of Microwave, VSAT, GSM, Thuraya, annual budget etc., Lead the discussions & negotiation with TRA to ensure best outcome for Omantel. Monthly Budget for frequency rent

· Accruals – Monthly (internal)

· Ensure that no penalties are imposed on Omantel due to improper registration, late or no renewal, improper termination or modification of all RF licenses

Regulatory Compliance – Technical Affairs Compliance

· Following and Managing all technical compliances issues related to limited network outage, network upgrade plan, emergency plan, FBB Obligation, Mobile Coverage, USO project, 2 Million project, new 137 sites obligation, Network Inspection, EMF, Overspill and interference issues
