Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
Attend educational conferences
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Qualifications

Proficiency in many social media platforms
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

We want you because…

You have developed promotional and advertising strategies utilizing multiple digital marketing channels such as Facebook & Google ad platforms, SEO, and email campaigns
You have hands-on experience working with HubSpot (or similar CRM system); determining metrics and KPI’s that provide insight on areas of success or focused improvement
You are a servant leader, a champion for your team, and have success stories centered around the growth and development of your direct reports
You have successfully worked with cross-departmental leadership teams in the alignment of strategies and promotional activities/events
