Presales Executive
JOB PURPOSE
• Provide Pre-sales ELV / Audio Visual System consultancy, design and BOQ with technical presentation.
• Identification of most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions.
• Preparation of Complete Detailed Technical proposal includes design schematic drawings/ system architecture, compliance.
• Prepare Technical clarifications/ Technical Presentation.
• Able to work under fast-paced environment, and have time based responses
Technical Dimensions:
• Experience in Pre-sales activities in ELV which would include Audio Visual (AV) Systems, Networking – Active & Passive, CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, Lighting for Stages, and including Cisco, Unified Communication, Creston, Extron, BOSE & other leading brands.
• Experience in Digital signage & meeting room solutions
• Design, Estimation, Technical Proposals, Presales, experience in Control System programming such as Crestron, Extron, AMX
• Industry certification from major manufacturer.
• Must have knowledge of AV fundamentals and ICIA best practices. CTS-D is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of IT solutions will be an added advantage
• Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the Audio-Visual systems provided by the client
• Applies design principles and methodology to ensure cost-effective and optimal use of resources and technology.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Financial:
• Support the sales team to provide price optimized solutions and in support of Pre-sales activities that will help them achieving order booking target AV system
• Through efficient design and engineering support the sales team to have better intake and improve conversion rate lead qualification
• Prepare product and solution matrix,
Business Excellence:
• Ensure that Sales, commercial and service teams receive presales support as they request. Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Design to Delivery
• Architect a comprehensive solution with right mix of products & technologies to meet the requirements of RFP/Tender
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Graduate Engineer in Electronics / Electrical or equivalent
• CTS certification is mandatory. CTS-D is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Designing and project management for ELV System.
Job-Specific Skills:
• Good communication & Presentation skills with an ability to compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, AutoCAD
• Languages: English / Hindi
• Communication: Highly motivated and strong team player with excellent communication skills
