Frameworks, standards, policies and guidelines defined by the concerned party (Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology), where the Ministry of Transport, Technology and Communications has developed a number of frameworks, policies and guidelines to ensure effective governance and management of information technology, which is considered a means for conducting all matters related to information technology operations and resources within the organization. Effective IT governance and management enable an organization to optimize resources and operation as well as business and communication processes and lead to the adoption of best practices.

Frameworks, standards, and policies, such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, ISO, not exclusive to them, which are mostly covered by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology in their defined Frameworks, standards, policies, and guidelines.
