- Key Accountabilities
Conduct training on the SRU Process OTS for PDO operations delegates as scheduled by the Training Coordinator and Operations teams.
Compliance of training delivery to Petrofac Training International standards, policy and methodology. Ensuring that training is delivered in a professional manner as per Lesson Plans and Risk assessments.
Provision of periodical reports relevant the training activity delivered.
Applying safe working procedures at all times, particularly within the practical training environment.
Liaising with the Training Coordinator and Operations teams to ensure readiness of equipment and personnel for training
Carry out trainees’ assessment. Registering and monitoring of trainee’s attendance and timekeeping.
Maintain records of training delivered.
Carry out any further duties as directed by the management to ensure the efficient running of the operational readiness training, including other relevant training interventions as required by the operations teams.
Discussion, as required, with delegates, in order that they better understand and achieve course outcomes.
Assistance in the development and design of new and existing courses.
De-briefing of delegates after scenarios, to highlight their strengths and weaknesses and to ensure that they achieve scenario outcomes.
Efficient operation of the simulator, to maximise the training value of each scenario.
Maintenance and supervision of simulator and course materials, so that deficiencies can be brought to the attention of appropriate personnel for correction.
On-going coaching of the operations teams during pre-ops and early operational phases of the project.
