Senior Advisor, Planning and Performance Management – Enterprise
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Strategy:
Advise and Develop and Execute EBU/ICT Strategy and Business Plan, transformation road map.
Assist in building and Monitoring the GTM and RTM strategy to achieve business objectives
Build action plan with short and long-term objectives and identify key areas of success and risk to achieve business plan
Assess emerging trends to identify potential ICT solutions (with Marketing & ICT)
Business Development:
Monitor market developments and build Business Development strategy
Build action plan to develop short and long-term growth opportunities
Drive strategic Business Development initiatives and projects (large & complex engagements)
Assist with partnership models
Sales Performance Management:
Develop and manage strategic portfolio relationships in collaboration with other EBU
Support in EBU Sales planning and Performance Monitoring and Management Reporting/Budgeting.
Assist VP in review of EBU team performance to track achievement of business plan and build bridge plan to counter shortfall if required
Developing & Monitoring unit performance dashboards & reporting
Present findings to senior management to drive business and marketing decisions
Operational Efficiency:
Support in developing and monitoring annual EBU budgets
Assess internal capabilities
Mine data and analytics at the customer level
Identify upside potential and expansion, “Focus” areas
Job Specifications
B2B Sales and Marketing Knowledge
ICT and Telco Knowledge
Digital Transformation
Experience in Telecom related Business Development
Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications technical and business aspects.
Application of knowledge of telecommunication industry to apply and develop solutions to highly complex business problems.
In depth knowledge of all telecommunications aspects and knowledge of networks, IT, Solutions design, requirements gathering, program/project management and operations.
Innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent.
Knowledge of business process management and procedures molding
Knowledge of customer life cycles and experience management, GTM.
Knowledge of business, technical and financial feasibilities.
Provision of thought leadership, guidance, advice and direction to team members in different levels.
Educattion & Experience
Bachelor of Engineering/Science/ Business Administration, or relevant field.
Minimum 15 years of experience.
