Full-time placement as GM (Training Institute) in Oman:

Experience:
At least 15 years’ experience in managing and leading a training strategic business unit with at least 7 years’ experience in management level. Preferably with HSEQ & vocational training background
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Management
Suitable qualification in HSE vocational training/consulting
Master’s in Business Administration(desirable) or equivalent
Skills/Knowledge
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and superior business acumen desired
Market and customer knowledge
Familiarity with technology
Ability to manage a team of diverse professionals, trainers, academics and support staff
