Muscat: Activities of the 2-day Muscat Derm IV International Conference and Exhibition will kick off this Friday.

The event is organised by the Ministry of Health (MOH) in cooperation with Oman Dermatology Society (ODS).

The conference, to be held at the Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat, aims to enhance means of exchanging experiences in the field of dermatology and related medical specialties.

It also highlights and discusses international developments and challenges in the diagnosis and treatment of various dermatological and cosmetic diseases.

The event seeks to provide the local cadres with the opportunity to display scientific posters on some rare cases and published studies, as well as spotlighting the latest medical technologies in the field of dermatology, cosmetology and medical laser.

It is expected that 400 participants from around the world will participate in the event, including heads of associations, experts, and local and international scientific associations, in addition to pharmaceutical companies for dermatology, medical laser, cosmetic and medical devices. –ONA
