Tactical Solutions Enterprise Expert
Key Activities
Financial Feasibility and Business Case Studies
Conduct business case study for new Tactical solution including all CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue financial studies.
Budget Planning, Approval and Monitoring
Seek budget Approval for new Solutions by preparing full Financial feasibility report to be evaluated by management
Prepare entire Financial Feasibility submission including commercial, technical and legal submission to OWR and finance and seek for approval
Keeping track of all budget approvals and approving WOs
Demand Forecast
Conduct demand forecast and survey for new enterprise solutions opportunities in the market.
Support NSBS and Network Demand teams to forecast the demand and budget requirement for EBU for both fixed and mobile
Commercial Proposal /agreement
Provide commercial proposal /agreement to sales team for those projects where financial feasibility study is required.
Operation Management
Provide leadership and interface in the form of tactical support between Marketing team, Technical teams and Finance for Enterprise Customer related marketing solutions.
Support the department by offering tactical support with an aim to ensure optimized delivery of financial feasibility studies and preparation of business cases.
Resolve all Enterprise business cases related issues in a timely manner in compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
Propose and develop solutions, templates and forms to address tactical support for current and future needs/requirements.
Approve Omantel Enterprise business customer solutions in coordination with concerned Omantel teams using tools like SWAT/ONES
Ensure validity of technical & financial updates/information and use them as input for preparing business cases to be presented to OWR.
Carry out activities towards collecting and preparing EBU budget, including Indoor Mobile Solutions (IBS), outdoor mobile solutions and fixed Network (FOC plus equipment) coverage for Enterprise clients.
Identifying areas of enhancements, and suggesting improvements to methods, procedures and processes.

Knowledge / Technical Skills
Advanced skills in conducting financial feasibilities by using Excel Ms office.
Advanced Skills in presentations & using MS Power Point.
Advanced skills in analytical Knowledge
Advance knowledge of telecom strategies and markets.
Good knowledge of telecom networks and technologies.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good knowledge of local and regional markets.

Bachelor in relevant field
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience
