Welcome New Year with Mitsubishi Mirage or Attrage

Muscat: The National Day celebrations continue with General Automotive Company (GAC), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Oman, thanks to its ongoing National Day promotion.

Under the new promotion, customers are offered a wide range of benefits on their brand-new Mitsubishi vehicles. The fun-filled Attrage or Mirage models in particular offer a wide range of benefits to customers, including cashback of up to OMR1,752, free service for up to three years, free insurance, gift vouchers and more.

Commenting on the Attrage and Mirage, Manoj Ranade, General Manager of GAC, “The Attrage and Mirage have proven to be excellent entry points into the Mitsubishi family. They offer a great balance of performance, reliability, comfort, and safety at an extremely affordable price point, while also being one of the most fuel-efficient vehicles on the market today.”

For the duration of the two-month promotion, which ends on 13 January 2022, Customers purchasing the Attrage or Mirage will receive a cashback ranging from OMR1,438 up to OMR1,752 and one-year free insurance. In addition, Attrage buyers will benefit from a 2-year/30,000km free service package, while Mirage buyers will benefit from a 3-year/51,000km service package.

To commemorate the 51st National Day of the Renaissance, every vehicle buyer will receive an OMR51 gift voucher and will be entered into a draw to win 51 grams of gold each month of the two month long promotion period.

For the 2021 model year, both the Mirage and Attrage feature revised front and rear styling. Out front, the vehicles incorporate Mitsubishi’s latest Dynamic Shield grille design. This revised front bumper design gives both cars a dose of sportiness to go with its efficiency message. These improvements provide the Mirage and Attrage with a more refined, sharper look while visually tying the vehicles to Mitsubishi’s current design language.

On the inside, both the Attrage and Mirage feature comfortable cloth seating and high-quality materials throughout the cabin, together with the best levels of interior room and cargo storage space available in their class. For 2021, Mitsubishi also introduced its 7-inch Smartphone Link Display Audio (SDA) System in the Highline versions of the Mirage and Attrage.

Both models retain the 1.2-litre 3-cylinder DOHC engine, featuring the latest version of Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control (MIVEC), producing 78 horsepower and 100Nm of torque; ample power for comfortable day-to-day driving. The engine was built with efficiency at its core and teamed with Mitsubishi’s INVECS-III continuously variable transmission, which offers a class-leading fuel economy of just 4.7l/100km.

The Attrage and Mirage also come equipped with a wide array of safety features. These include a Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) airbag system, four-wheel anti-lock brakes (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist, hill start assist, and Active Stability Control (ASC). Additional protection is provided to the vehicle’s occupants by Mitsubishi Motors’ patented high-tech Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution (RISE) impact-absorbing safety cell technology.

In addition to the Attrage and Mirage, the offer is also available on every other model within Mitsubishi’s range and will run until January 13, 2022.
