Muscat: Two Omani officers are among the best in the British Royal College.
Ministry of Defence said: “Air Lieutenant Hamid bin Muhammad Al Wahaibi of the Royal Air Force of Oman won the overseas prize at the Royal Air College (Cranwell) in the United Kingdom.”
“Air Lieutenant Asaad bin Omar Al Sawafi also received the award for the best academic level, which is an award given to the best results achieved in academic and professional studies among local and international students,” MoD added.
It is noteworthy that the number of countries participating in the Royal Air College (Cranwell) is eight foreign countries, in addition to the United Kingdom.
