DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role in reputable five star luxury hotels, and displays strong traits in the following areas:
Advanced knowledge of both sales and marketing functions with a minimum five years’ experience
A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who shows a high level of creativity and passionate for what they do
A dynamic leadership style with exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision making skills
A caring and engaging leader with an evident passion for coaching, mentoring and fostering collaboration across all teams
Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive marketing and public relations plans and initiatives, in support of all promotional activities for all revenue streams for the Hotel
Not less than 2 years of working experience in the role of Director of Sales & Marketing in the GCC region.
