- Production Team Leader-Hatchery Assistant Manager
Responsible for
Manage EggHandling, Egg Transfer and washing team to implementation of all procedures to producethe highest quality and quantity of the chicks at the lowest cost.
Ensurethat all Setters, hatchers, automation, equipment, HVAC systems and all othertools is used as per manufacturers recommendations for running and maintenance
Ensure that all biosecurity, hygiene, cleaning and disinfection systemshas been followed as per approved procedures
Ensurethat Preventive maintenance program for all machineries, Equipment andautomation has been implemented by Maintenance in time
Ensurethat all reports have been completed in time and submitted to Departmentmanager
Ensures thatthe quality and HACCP requirements has been following in all the process
followingup weekly, monthly and quarterly production key performance indicators (KPIs) toachieve Hatchery objectives
Regularcollection of daily data to review, analyse and taking appropriate action withcoordination with Department manager
Developing& evaluating staff at all levels to maximize their productivity
Implementingand following up the Training of all production staff
Egg Room
Responsible for
Ensure theegg truck environment is maintained as per procedure before egg unloading
Counting,Grading, weighing, disinfecting andstorage of Hatching eggs on arrival as per Egg handling procedure
Monitor& record egg receiving details in daily egg Inventory report
Ensurethat cleaning, disinfecting egg rooms and egg machines has been done as per theprocedure every day after finishing work
Ensure that the disposal of broken egg waste has been done according to theprocedures every day

Full responsibility for ensuring safeoperation and implementation of all preventive and daily maintenance programs or all Machines, Equipment’s and Hatchery Automation. Maintain the effectiveness of all machines, equipmentand automation to obtain the highest possible efficiency and lowest operatingcosts.
Responsible For
Managingmaintenance team to implementing the approved preventive maintenance plan tomaintaining all machines, equipment’s, automation and tools with highefficiency 24 Hours daily 7 days per week
Ensurethat all Setters, hatchers, automation equipment’s, HVAC systems and all othertools is used as per manufacturers recommendations
Responsiblefor implementing all safety and security standards inside and outside thebuilding
Responsiblefor the immediate handling of any electrical, mechanical, or water supplyproblems
Responsiblefor ensuring the building is supplied with water in Sufficient quantities andappropriate pressure within 24 hours a day / 07 days per week
Responsiblefor the availability of the electricity within the site within 24 hours daily /07 days per week
Responsiblefor the readiness of all machines before they are used and on time
Responsiblefor maintaining all drawings related to electricity, information technology,connections and water lines
Responsiblefor maintaining all machines, equipment’s and automation catalogues
Implement alldaily electrical works requires to insure high running efficiency of allhatchery machines and equipment
Follow up& ensure all Incubators & hatchers machines and all hatchery rooms environmentcontrol is maintained as per procedure
Ensure theCalibration of all Incubators, hatchers machines & equipment as per planfor the optimum performance of the machines
Ensure allmachines & equipment spare parts Sufficient stock available in store forany emergency/breakdown
Ensure thatall machines and equipment are working safely and properly
Ensurethat all maintenance reports have been completed in time and submitted toDepartment manager
Preparing purchase,import requisition as per approved annual budget

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Electromechanical is preferred)
Practical experience Broiler Hatchery
(7-10Years)
