Commercial Accounts Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Build strong and positive relationships channel partners in various segments
Maintains a good and healthy relationship with the respective vendors on key shared strategies.
Supports his/her Product Manager / Business Development Manager / Country Manager
Works in attaining his/her monthly / Quarterly / Annual KPIs – Revenue, breadth, brand profitability.
Customer care. Quick response to partner queries and commercial request
Maintains an updated customer/partner database
Ensures the funnel and forecast is weekly maintained and updated
Regular updates to BDM for the managed territories.
Achieves assigned sales quota.
Meets assigned expectations of profitability.
Ensure collection on payments of due invoices
Ensure that the breadth target for the company is met
Responsible to maintain the profitability of the products sold
Continuously assess customer business requirements, maintain, and educate stakeholders on product’s value proposition and best-in-class products.
Ability to handle multi partners at the same time, with high quota.
Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
Ability to recruit new partners
Solid understanding of pipeline management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree.
3-4 years of ICT distribution experience.
Knowledge in IT Data Centre and devices product lines.
Oman experience is essential.
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
Good communication (verbal and written) in Arabic would be an advantage.
Use of MS Office suite is mandatory.
