The team leader shall be leading the Contractor provision of application services including
· Provide early warning of issues and suggest remedial action plans
· Planning / estimation and resource balancing
· Ensure organisational structure and processes are meeting their objectives
· Propose alternative ways of working that are beneficial to client
· Ensure morale is good and that Contractor Personnel integrate with Company Personnel
· Managing KPI performance of support and scripting resources
· Coordinate HSE issues with Contractor HSE focal point
Qualification
· Bachelors in Computer science or a related discipline.

- Team Leader – Telecommunications Support
JD given below :
In addition to performing the functions of a Second-line support (Senior Engineer) Personnel, the Team Leader will also,
Contribute to the review and development of procedures and working practices for the efficient and effective running of all tasks associated with installations and maintenance activities.
Contribute to departmental policy, procedures and practices on HSE
Qualifications:
· HNC/OND or equivalent in telecommunications or a related science.
Experience:
At least five (5) years of telecommunications or networking experience, of which a minimum of three (3) years shall have been spent in either data, voice or radio communications
Shall have extensive knowledge of technology advances and trends in the main three areas of voice, data services and transmission systems.
