Senior Technical Sales Specialist ( Specialist in Safety Products Sales)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver technical presentation to customer
Organize sale visits with existing customers and generate new leads
Demonstrating and present products and negotiate price contracts and packages
Review sales performance & maintain accurate records
Establish healthy business relationship with customers
Troubleshoot and suggest solutions, respond on enquiries in respectful manner
Assure the proper follow-up with the co-workers (Sales,Store,Tailoring) to make sure his orders process is in smooth manner
Provide after sales support when it is required
Attending trade exhibitions and meetings
Handling General enquiries assigned by Sales Manager
Develop alternate materials and new sources
Preparing offers/promotions daily to clients
Following up with clients and suppliers regarding Purchase Order Delivery Status, delays, rejections, technical clarifications other issues
Other relevant duties as assigned by direct manager.
BASIC trainings, qualifications & SKILLS: –
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
Excellent at listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Public speaking skills.
Superior attention to details.
Strong Organizational skills.
Planning skills.
Analytical skills & Critical thinking skills.
Problem-solving & Decision-making skills.
Good Computer skills.
