Job Skills:

Principal Responsibilities:

Ensure Omanisation and ICV element of the CONTRACT is fully.
Manage the development of CONTRACTOR Omani national employees.
Act independently and authoritatively on COMPANY related Work Order management issues without having to refer to the CONTRACTOR’S off-site head office.
Improve staff productivity in an operating site and creatively.
Manage all the WORK’S as stated in the scope of work . scope .

- FINANCE MANAGER
Main Tasks & Accountabilities
• Ensure all company assets, investments liabilities and transactions are accounted for and recorded properly
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision making process, and ensure success of the operation
• Oversee of Accounting department, treasury & payroll
• Co-ordinate with internal/external Auditors and make sure a smooth Audit process
• Provide required analysis, reports (Finance related) to the end of the department
• Issue timely and complete financial statements for review and approval
• Prepare MIS (Financial Statements part).
• Oversee the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Calculate and issue financial metrics
• Provide management cost reports
• Conduct and report findings of internal audit
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Comply with IFRS requirements
• Ensure filing of quarterly and annual reports with Capital Market Authority-Oman
• Coordinate for providing information to external auditors for the annual audit
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants

Ensure timely and validated input of cost accounting date related to estimated costs for products and inventory value
Sharing recent and updated financial data for analysis and generating management reports
• Oversee and supports treasury function to mitigate financial risks with focus on funding and settlement, both internally (capital injection and internal loan) and externally (bank loan and credit facilities), adopting the appropriate financing structure and documentation
• Exercise control over treasury operational activities including cash collection, cash position reconciliation and forecasting, and executing fund transfers
• Define knowledge/skillsets required
• Effective communication within and outside the team
• Create a supportive environment for the team members
• Contribute to the team, letting others know information that may be useful or important
• Liaison with management and other line managers for budgeting and cost control, securing approval for disbursement of funds.
• Participate in management and supervisory meetings as and when requested by Chief Financial Officer, to assist him in providing financial overview
• Ensure accurate and up to date, daily, weekly, monthly records as required by the management.
• Ensure tasks are understood by the team members, and performed responsibly and diligently
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
1- Education Level – Minimum Requirement Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in accounting
2- Professional Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
3- Work Experience
Overall accounting experience of 10 years or more with 5+ years working directly with the Head of Finance
Experience in FMCG Industry will be preferred
Strong understanding of the Middle East and African markets

- Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for addressing all requirements concerning Graphic design and multimedia, originating from Marketing department.
- Design for social media to executive digital marketing campaigns. Develop and present visual storytelling through infographics.
- Continuously create and adapt trending styles to meet the brand’s guidelines, needs and objectives.
- Simultaneously manage multiple design briefs and covert briefs into creative artworks.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design.
- Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
- Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the Marketing department.
