Project Manager
Required Experience:
• A strong background in SAP and IT Project management and industry-specific work, preferably 17+ years.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience of 10+ years successful completion of SAP Supply chain Projects in his or her portfolio.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP- IBP experience.
• Comfort using your business’s ERP and project management software.
• 10+ years of experience managing midsize to large teams.
• Capacity to comfortably advising senior-level management.
• PMP certification preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills
• Expertly manage projects and teams.
• Analyze and understand business requirements along with technical design and implementation.
• Create and manage project budgets.
• Provide guidance to management as well as internal and external stakeholders on project status.
The key responsibilities are the following:
• Assume ownership of project deliverables and day-to-day management of entire project from the beginning to end
• Communication with the steering committee members and project sponsor
• Monitor and review project progress
• Facilitate communication with the global team and help conflict resolution, if conflicts arise, escalate issues and seek resolution
• Manage project resources
• Communication of project status
• Facilitate sign offs and Completion of Trainings within the stipulated project timelines.
• Work closely with Line of business.
• Manage Vendor deliverables, highlight and manage risk.
• Setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout to maintain the standards expected.
