MUSCAT: The firefighting teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) in Muscat Governorate managed to control a fire that erupted in a warehouse in Al Mabella South district of the Wilayat of Seeb, on Saturday. The CDAA’s operations centre acted immediately after they received a tip-off about the fire that engulfed a warehouse built with unstable materials in Al Mabella South. When the firefighting teams arrived at the site, they found the flames spreading over the area due to active wind and the presence of flammable and unstable materials. Firefighters from the CDAA centres in Muscat and Barkah managed to put out the fire and no injuries were reported. — ONA
