أعلنت شركة Gain Inbound عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى :

Social Media Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create and implement a content calendar and social media marketing plan.

· Brainstorm ideas to create engaging content for brands across social and digital platforms.

· Schedule social media content through native platforms and CMS tools (e.g. Sprout social)

· Day to day correspondence across social media channels – post response, consumer

engagement opportunities, influencer engagement, DM responses.

· Performing social media audits and monthly reports to clients

· Work with creative teams regularly, to help form creative ideas that can develop into larger campaigns, over time.

· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

· Manages campaign planning recommends appropriate social media channels and tactics that align with strategic plans and best practices for paid and organic content.

· Monitor and analyze campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve campaign performance and budget pacing.

· Monitoring social platforms for a brand or relevant trends/keywords, making recommendations, and being empowered to join those conversations.

· Social knowledge and trends – you’ll be an expert on all things social and expected to stay on top of and educate clients, others in your team, and the wider agency on platform updates and innovations, competitor activity in social, and more

REQUIRMENTS :

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· 2+ years of experience copywriting, developing, and creating for digital/social/ content editorial

· Familiarity with analytics tools, publishing platforms, and social monitoring tools

· An innate sense of “what works” on social media; and experience using social platforms

· Deep knowledge of social media platforms, their users, and best practices.

· Strong copywriting skills in Arabic and English (technical/creative)

· Highly creative, forward-thinking

· Experience in marketing, advertising, or related role

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Savvy and knowledgeable about current social media trends and innovations.
