Muscat: The Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) occupied first place as the best educational and research institution in the Sultanate of Oman, according to the database of Nature Index.
The ranking was informed by the volume of distinguished research papers published in established scientific journals spanning the period from 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021.
The index provides transparent and up-to-date based on independent reports corroborated with sufficient data.
Nature Index figures high among the 82 top high-impact ratio journals specialised in chemistry, bio and physio sciences, geology and environment.
