Dima W’attayeen: An agreement was signed for paving 18 km of internal roads in the Wilayat of Dima W’attayeen in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate at a cost of RO 2.275 million, on Monday.
The agreement was signed by Shaikh Ali bin Rashid al Shamsi, Governor of North Al Sharqiyah, Chairman of the Tender Board in North Al Sharqiyah with the company undertaking the project.
The agreement involves paving a number of internal roads within residential quarters and old neighbourhoods. Upon completion the new roads will stimulate economic and tourist activities and contribute to the urban development in the Wilayat of Dima W’attayeen. — ONA
