Muscat: College of Pharmacy at the National University of Science and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), State of Qatar on 16/2/2022.
The MoU included different fields of collaboration between the two parties such as National University College of Pharmacy students’ training at HMC in hospital pharmacy/clinical pharmacy under the supervision of HMC preceptors.
The MoU also included collaboration in the areas of faculty/scholars/students exchange, collaborative research projects;and conducting professional development programs, conferences, workshops and scientific symposia.
Such a relationship is an example of collaboration between academiaand health institutions between the two countries to develop and enhance the quality of College of Pharmacy graduates and equip them with the knowledge and skills that will prepare them for the job market.
