Riyadh: The Ministry of Commerce has announced launching new services for joint-stock and foreign companies through the digital branch of the ministry, out of its keenness to facilitate procedures of starting commercial works and stimulate commercial environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ministry noted that the new services for joint-stock companies included the possibility to establish a joint-stock company, changing into a joint-stock company, issuing non-objection letter for listed joint-stock companies, and issuing the ministerial decision to announce the establishment or change of a company into a joint-stock company.
The new services also allow the establishment of foreign or mixed companies, establishing branches for foreign companies, renewing, amending and deleting commercial records for foreign companies, and receiving a commercial record for foreign companies, where all these services are implemented electronically without the need to visit the ministry’s headquarters.
The digital branch of the Ministry of Commerce offers 86 services for the business sector, where all these services can be reached through: e.mc.gov.sa.
