Job opportunities for the following positions:

Key Tasks:

• Responsible for maintaining the organizations on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ensure all IT hardware and software, as well as networks, servers and related equipment work consistently and correctly.
• Provide direct support to users across the organization for all IT related issues.
• Maintain information security throughout the organization.
• Supervise various supplier and vendors for new and existing hardware, software and contract procurement and renewals.
• Installs, configures, tests and maintain essential IT operations, including network equipment, servers, operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, cloud solutions, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.
• Installs, configures, and maintains telephone system VoIP, IPS/IDS, Firewall, switching, end point security, business applications etc. for maximum internal network protection.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities related to Information Technology that may be delegated by the IT Manager.

Key Result Areas:

• Daily systems support.
• Systems performance; and
• Networking systems.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of systems administration, networking, IT infrastructure and security benchmarks is required.
• Ability to resolve systems and networking problems is required.
• Ability of performing variety of tasks and assignments simultaneously is required.
• Knowledge of peripheral equipment is required.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent report writing skills are required.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• Minimum 5-6 years of work experience is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer systems / information technology is required.
• CCNA , MCSE / MCITP certification is desired.
