Muscat: The water rescue team of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority,(CDAA), managed to rescue a child of Gulf nationality who was drowning in Ain Sahlanout, Salalah.
The CDAA said: “Water rescue teams responded to the drowning accident of a child of Gulf nationality in Ain Sahlanout in the Wilayat of Salalah, where the teams were able to rescue him and he was in good health.”
The authority calls on visitors to Dhofar to adhere to the safety instructions and not to swim in the springs, wadi streams and beaches, in order to avoid drowning accidents.
