New batch of citizens starts training with RAFO

Muscat: A new batch of citizens started basic military training with Royal Air Force of Oman personnel to join their brothers in arms at various air bases after passing out evaluation tests, medical and physical examinations.

The Royal Air Force of Oman has deployed all its resources and specialised manpower for speedy implementation of procedures for the selected candidates to join military service and serve the nation.

In implementation of the Royal Directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik- the Supreme Commander- to expedite the pace of recruitment of Omanis and in continuation of the national efforts of the Sultan’s Armed Forces to allow citizens to join the military service, the Royal Air Force of Oman received in coordination with the Ministry of Labour on Saturday a new batch of citizens.

The efforts by the Sultan’s Armed Forces are part of the plans and programmes established to recruit national cadres in the Sultan’s Armed Forces and other departments of the Ministry of Defence to serve this proud homeland, its leader, and its loyal and faithful children.
