Salalah: The Authority of Small and Medium Enterprises Development (ASMED) organized a meeting on Thursday with entrepreneurs at the Sultan Qaboos Youth Complex for Culture and Entertainment, the Governorate of Dhofar.
The meeting was held under the auspices of HH Sayyid Marwan Turki al Said, Governor of Dhofar, and attended by Haleema Rashid al Zaree, Chairperson of ASMED, representatives of government and private establishments and entrepreneurs.
Shaikh Mohammed Ahmed al Ghassani, Director of ASMED Department in Dhofar Governorate, said the meeting discussed solutions to challenges facing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs.
The meeting reviewed statistics about SMEs and holders of Riyada entrepreneurship cards, as well as the roles and initiatives of business centres in the governorate.
