MUSCAT: The Tender Board awarded tenders worth RO 111,303, 924 for new development projects and additional works at existing projects, at its fifth meeting held under the chairmanship of Dr Said bin Mohammed al Saqri, Minister of Economy, Chairman of the Tender Board, on Wednesday.
The project include supply of medicines and vaccines for the Ministry of Health at an amount of RO 52,106,855, establishment of the Central Public Health Laboratory at an amount of RO 18,214,697, construction of Harweeb-Mateen road in Dhofar Governorate (RO 17,398,334).
The Tender Board also approved tenders for the construction of Mihlah-Ghbrat Al Tam-Ismailiyah road in the Wilayat of Dima Wal Tayeen in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate (RO 7,924,003), replacement of old air conditioners at public schools (RO 5,871,600) and the remaining work of the seventh package of Al Batinah Expressway (RO 3,661,131). — ONA
