Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), in coordination with the Ministry of Labour on Sunday received a new batch of citizens for military training in arms, in continuation of the national efforts of the Sultan’s Armed Forces to absorb citizens looking for work.
All the recruits will undergo basic military training programme as they join their brothers in arms in the various air bases, after they have passed the stages of acceptance, evaluation, tests and medical and physical examinations.
The young recruits expressed their thanks for giving them and their colleagues the opportunity to join the military corps, noting that the procedures were smooth and there was a great deal of cooperation from all members of the RAFO.
It is worth noting that the RAFO has harnessed all its expertise and capabilities from specialised manpower for the hiring of citizens. –
