Riyadh: President Xi Jinping of China received His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, on the sidelines of the Gulf-Chinese Cooperation and Development Summit, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, HH Sayyid Fahd conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to the president. The deputy PM wished the people of China more progress and prosperity, and further development of the relations between the two friendly countries.
President Xi conveyed greetings to His Majesty the Sultan. He expressed good wishes to the people of Oman and the relations of the two countries further progress and development.
During the meeting, they reviewed the good relations between the two friendly countries and emphasised the keenness of both sides to strengthen and develop them in various fields, in a way that would bring mutual benefits in order to achieve the aspirations of their two friendly peoples.
